Ingredients:
10 chicken wings
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup apple juice
1/2 cup honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Rinse chicken wings under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
In a large mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, water, white vinegar, lemon juice, apple juice, honey, minced garlic, brown sugar, black pepper, and salt.
Place the chicken wings in the bowl, ensuring they are fully submerged in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Preheat your grill or oven broiler to a medium-high heat.
Remove the chicken wings from the marinade and reserve the liquid for basting.
Place the chicken wings on the grill or under the broiler, cooking for about 10 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and fully cooked.
During the last 5 minutes of grilling, baste the wings with the reserved marinade for an extra burst of flavor.
Once cooked, transfer the wings to a serving dish and enjoy!
