Air Fryer Lemon Pepper Shrimp

Ingredients:

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Zest of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley (for garnish, optional)

Directions:

In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the marinade.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Place the marinated shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overlapping.
Cook in the air fryer for 4 minutes. Flip the shrimp over and cook for another 4 minutes or until they are pink and opaque.
Once cooked, transfer the shrimp to a serving plate.
Garnish with finely chopped parsley, if desired, and serve immediately.
